A T5 doesn't have an electronic speedo so you'll be sol. Stick with a 99+ T45/3650/T56/6060

Do you want me to do all your thinking? Check egay for the buy it now prices and that'll give you a ballpark.

I would only do a T56 or 6060 if I where you. The T45 and 3650 are crap for anything more than stock.

Just research it. I can tell you prices but until you do the research and decide on a specific setup, numbers are pointless. $400-4,000 is the only numbers that I can give you.

Oh yeah and we forgot about the Pedal assembly, and those misc parts.

Have you thought about just having your trans converted to a manual valve body and getting a good stall? That would out perform a manual any day of the week.

Where is Hendo ky compared to Fort Campbell? I'm down there a lot and wouldn't mine helping out.

for your year you need a 3650 which was used in some 2001, and 2002-2004 mustangs.

^That's also a really helpful page. Not everything applies to what you're doing because that's a tko 600 swap but it does have a lot of useful info that does apply
