so i jumped in my car today and it was missing and stuttering really bad, i mean really struggling to drive....i just changed my fuel filter last week, plugs were changed at 48k and now it has 98k....could it be plugs? or coil-ons?

 

Most likely a bad cop, won't hurt to check the plugs, too.
