Default UPR CC Plates = banging or rattle sounds on bumps?

I finally got around to installing my UPR CC plates and BEFORE I had no noise in the front (just inside tire wear), now after install and alignment I have a rattle or banging kind of sound when ever i pass over small bumps or rough roads!? I checked and everything is as tight as can be. Including the nuts on the struts (used and impact gun going off and on). I've tried just bouncing or flexing the suspension setting still in the garage and it's too stiff to tell anything. Could the bearings in the CC plates cause this kind of issue? The struts seem fine and there were no issues PRIOR to install.

Again, this issue only reared it's ugly head AFTER installing the UPR CC plates....

Has anyone one else with UPR CC plates had this problem? If I can't figure it out I'm going to order some MM CC plates....

the stock cc plates have rubber pieces that seperate them from the body of the car. supposed to get rid of any noises. the upr cc plates are just metal on metal so it might make a little noise. the mm cc plates are the same way, but they are 4 bolt

As stated above, you lost a lot of rubber isolation that's in the OEM plates, this creates a harsher ride and with more bounce and jounce getting "through" the CC plate it can make things that didn't rattle before sing out...

So what I am experiencing is 'normal'? And I assume there's really nothing I can do. Are there any other brands of CC plates that stop this or do they all pretty much perform the same. I don't wanna go buy another set only to find out this is the 'norm' and they all behave this way......

Assuming the CC plates are not defective, it's pretty much normal--I have Steeda's 4-bolt plates and the ride is harsher and a few things rattle. That why Ford put all the rubber in there...
