no clue...a good way to find out would be find someone with a 99 and measure to see. but it looks like wings on the 04gt's sit back more on the trunk

Oh yeah, it will definitely fit. You might need some bondo and paint becuase they don't go into the same screw points. But it will fit. In fact people use the 99 spoilers as S281 spoliers sometimes. They just scoot the wing more towrds the rear of the trunk. Take a look at the link.

04 GT Interceptor

It should work, the spoiler on my 04 GT looks like the left-over spoilers from the 35 Anniversary Package in '99.
