Default Engine Build Gasket Help

Hello, guys. My engine died on me at 84k miles. I have a 2000 GT, it was a total mess. Anyways... I am at the assembly part now and hope to have it started by Monday.
Taking it apart was easy, but putting everything back together is a pain.
I bought a gasket set and now have a pain trying to figure out which goes where.
If anyone can please help, I would really appreciate it.
Here are the pics:

this is from a lower engine part,
I am thinking that "B" is from that tube that goes into oil pump, I figured, "E/F" go to oil filter assembly - am not sure why I have two, since I only have one oil filter, and the rest IDK
Here are some more from upper engine:

from what i can gather, "2" goes to headers from midpipe on passanger side.
Everything else I have no clue.
This is my very FIRST engine rebuild so please, be patient.
All help is appreciated.

E and F are for the oil filter adapter to the block. Looks as though they have both the Windsor and Romeo in the kit.

I believe those are for the external oil cooler. Cobras have that stock I believe, GT's do not unless the previous owners installed it.

E is the oil filter adapter plate gasket. No clue why you have F, I have never seen it.
