noise when i engage clutch

when i put my clutch in i hear this squelling noise like a bad belt or something, but only once in a while. just wondering what exactly it is. thanks!

I know the sound... sounds like a cricket chirping?

Nothing thats going to hurt you soon. My GT did the same thing after an install of a new clutch and it held up to several... and I mean SEVERAL high rpm launches on drag radials.

kinda sounds like a belt rubbing against something, it fluctuates in sound level. all it takes is a very little pressue on the clutch pedal. i dont even have to engage it to hear the sound.
