Steeda has the best full length subframes. I have the regular ones on my car and I like them. www.steeda.com

Go to your local performance shop and see what they use... Our local place makes custom ones that friggin' rock.

And if you are increasing horsepower and doing hard launches then you need to strengthen your Torque boxes.

Battle Boxes kick *** and there is a set for the lower and upper boxes now. The lower battle boxes also help to keep your floor pan from deforming

Are they just a weld in? You dont have to cut up any metal underneath do you? I would like something that has the area's to jack your car up with also.

Most torque boxes are welded and bolted. For late models, the opening in the lowers has to be widened. Some metal will be cut away, but the trade of is worth, I'm told. UPR makes them also.

The best sub frame connectors out there are the Kenny Brown extreme matrix units. They provide the most in rigidity, but for almost all they are an overkill. Any standard sub frames from any company will do the job.

KB extreme matrix is top notch. Only problem is the interior needs to be removed because all the welding that needs to be done underneath, I talked to a dealer
and he said it was roughly a 6 hour job. You can go with full KB full length sub connectors and always add the extreme matrix later on if you want extra support.
Best thing to do is at least get the full length in for now that is what I am going to do and maybe upgrade when I get some serious power.
