Default Road race control arms

Which rear control arms are the best for an 02 for road racing, I saw lots for drag(least flex) but didnt see any spec'd for road racing

Adjustables are preferred for road courses. But any upper and lower makes for great traction as long as they are solid.

I would get the complete set. They are a nice upgrade though. I loved mine when I installed them. You can tell there is a big difference.

i saw three diff setups each had harder and harder bushing or spherical ends(max stiffness)
If i put the race only (least flex with the hardest metal bushings) will i have that siff of a ride every day or should I just get the road/competion ones where the bushings are a little bit more forgiving...

I would get the ones with the polyurithane bushings. Thats what I had in mine and they felt great and never gave me any trouble.
