o2 extension question..
I got my O/R UPR X pipe installed almost two weeks ago and the guy that was installing it showed me under the car that the o2 extensions would reach so he only plugged it in on one side? and that i would have to figure out a way to do the rest because he didnt want to mess with it. The o2 extensions came with the UPR x pipe aren't they suppost to reach? My check engine light is annoying the hell out of me!

I bought my O/R pipe used and didn't get any extensions. I just cut the harness and used butt connectors to add some length.
The rear ones I had to cut to make my own MIL eliminators anyways.
I'm pretty sure if one of the front 2 O2s aren't installed, you will have performance issues. One of mine was faulty and it was messing things up. No CEL, but the car would die at idle sometimes.
The back 2 sensors only affect the CEL, not performance.

I am just worried about the check engine light and when it comes time for the emissions.
I dont need mil eliminators if i have the o2 extensions right?

Well if I remember correctly the mils eliminators are for the rears since they would have been after the cats and wouldnt be reading right. And some say you only need the extensions if you have LT's i believe. I have both on my car, but also If you buy like a diablo sport tuner or something like that there is an option to shut the mil off as well. Also if one is not reaching try poping out on of the little like white clips that holds like the wire loom in place and you can get some more length out of it.

you will need MILs with your extensions. all extensions are are just that, wire extensions. the MIL eliminators actually fool the system into thinking that the cats are working just fine. there are how-to's on making your own MIL's, you could do that at the same time you extend your wires.
when i needed extensions for my car, what i did was go to a you-pull-it yard and get 4 ford O2 sensor plugs, male and female, and made my own plug-and-play extensions by just splicing in about 20" of wire. that was a year and a half ago and no problems since then.
