Default Tuning device

All right need more info, I want to tune my rig, but Im not shure were to start. What is an x-cal what can it do? What is a diablo preditor, what can it do? Wich is most affordable and which works the best? I dont want to run premium fuel do I have to? Also what is a resonable price for these brand new. Realy I just want something I can tune my car with. I dont even have a freaken clue! Is there others that are better, these are the only ones Ive heard of.

Like he said, if you're not wanting to run premium fuel there is very little you can do regarding performance tuning. The device you use, whether it's an SCT or Diablo, matters less than how it's used. Both are simply a means of changing parameters in your vehicle's PCM toward better performance.

Ok, let me refrase. Intake exhaust mods cams and MAF=LEAN not good, I know my AF ratio is off, but there is no reason to run premium. Just actualy want to make the nesicary adjustments to run properly and make the fuel delivery on Q. Will these programers be able to do this? Also how much do they run in price?

Yes they will both adjust your af ratio but you will have to run 91 or better octane to do so, because you will have to install the performance tune on your car with the af ratio changes. The predator will run you anywhere from $350 on up. just have to shop around for the best price. I don't know the price on the x-cal.

^^^^ I will be glad to see you sell it so I don't have to read you pushing it in everyone of your posts......LOL

You can adjust A/F on the stock tune with a Predator, I presume you can with an XCal. Used Predators can be found for $250 and up, and used tuners will do everything a new one of the same model will do.
