im looking at buying a tuner i found a used one for a decent price its the sct sf3 part number 3015. this is the one with preloaded tunes the question is can i get my car tuned with this tuner and store the tune or i can only use the file that is on the tuner

I have the SF3, you can save tunes on it, you aren't limited to what comes on it. That would pretty much defeat the purpose of the tuner.
