Default Shifter rattle?

I bought a Steeda Tri-ax about a 8 months ago and within the past couple of weeks I've noticed it starting to rattle. Anyone else have this problem? If it continues I'm considering switching to an MGW.

^What he said, also is a good idea to put a little bit of blue loctite on the stop bolts. Other than my top stop bolt coming loose once (preventing the use of 1, 3, & 5th which was fun while being stuck in traffic) I've had no problems at all with my Tri-Ax in the 3 years I've had it.

Also make sure the plastic bushing on the lower end of the shift lever is intact--if not gently moved from the stock unit to the new shifter that can crack and break further in use...
