Sometimes when i get down on her an run her hard then i come to a stop she will just die sometimes even when i don't run her hard the rev limit will kinda jump an she will just die when i come too a stop or push in on the clutch. if i give it some gas it wont die.It starts back up fine with no problem an run fines.what could this be?

Any codes?? Sounds like maf or iac, not sure though.

Sounds like the IAC to me. I don't know if you can clean or adjust them but it sounds like when you come to a stop with your foot off the gas, the valve is not supplying the engine with the gas to idle fast enough. I've had this problem on European cars before and my 2000 GT sometimes does it with the AC on.
