Default What is this plug supposed to connect to?

I am swapping another motor into my 99 GT (I think the motor is either from a 2000 or 2002 gt) This plug is a 2 prong plug underneath where the battery should go. There is nothing I can find to connect it to. I looked at my 2001 GT and it looks like that plug isn't on the harness of my 01 so I don't know if it is important or not. Thanks

See if it plugs into your low coolant sensor on the Overflow/Expansion tank

It's hard to tell what colour are the wires are, but they look as thought they might be black and tan/orange, if so then it's the fog light connector..

That would make sense as I don't have a coolant overflow tank yet. I will check it out later today. Thanks guys

I don't know about the earlier models, however on the '02 through '04 GTs there is no coolant level sensor on the overflow/degassing tank ...

I have an 02 and it doesn't plug into anything. It just sits there looking pretty.
