Clutch Fork Wobble/Vib

Clutch Fork Wobble/Vib
Hey guys. Last clutch blew bad, bought a new spec stage 2 clutch kit with tob, pilot etc, installed everything correclty, new flywheel, torq everything correctly. Problem im having is the clutch pedal is viberating bad with foot off the pedal, i put my foot on the pedal the vib goes away, I jacked up car, took clutch boot cover off inspected the inside while car is running and my clutch fork and tob are wobbling/shaking bad. When i start from a stop my car goes into 1st smooth, no chatter what so ever, so i dont think pp and flywheel are out of spec. Is it possible my tob was crap to begin with? I messed around and adjusted the stock clutch to add more slack but just made fork way to loose (helped but when shifting will feel vib/pulse second my foot touches). Im scared to add to much force to get rid of wabble/vib because it shouldnt do it to begin with? I did for a big but bearing would get hot and chirp. To little slack wobble, to much chirp. Thanks for input guys. Oh yeah my car is a 99 with a 01' romeo with the original 99' trans. Thought it was interchangeable just incase thought i add that. ****'s annoying!
