Default strange problem, help please

ok, so heres the scoop. I was checking my 2001 gt for a small miss i noticed by pullin cool boots while running and listening for a change obviously. My buddy that was with me accidently dropped an extension that fell perfect and arced the battery over. The car had no power after this and after finding a loose ground cable, she fired right up, no big deal. We went back to testing for the miss and all was good. We shut down the car and then the problem occured. The car would not start back but would crank just fine. We checked all the fuses and found nothing so far but we cant hear the fuel pump kicking in. I dont see a fuel pump just up and dying out of nowhere myself so im kind of looking at the constant control relay module. Also, I lost the instrument cluster guages in the middle of this mess. Im at a loss right now and am open to any ideas, Thanks guys

Check the fuel pump emergency shut-off switch in the trunk. The arc could have surged electricity to thhe pump and it shut down to protect the pump.
