Default CEL p1151

says its a lack of 02 switches-bank 2 sensor 1

explanation could not adjust fuel trim because of a lean or rich condition

probable causes:
fuel pressure high or low
maf sensor dirty or bad(i just cleaned it)
vacuum leak on engine(just checked doesnt seem to be any)
leaking fuel injector or fuel presure regulator

what could it be like specifically?

just as it says, did you clean it with maf cleaner? i found that works the best. then check for vac leaks, you can grab a can of carb clean and spray around the hoses, if the idle changes there's a leak in that area. I doubt it's a fuel injector/regulator.

my car has 175k on it should i just replace the fuel injectors? would i be able to see gas leaking out if an injector was leaking?

Yes, all four O2 sensors are the same other than the lead length and connector (you may have to snip out the "key" to make it connect depending on which sensor you transplant...
