Default Coil over spring rate suggestions

I am changing over to a coilover setup in the front and looking for some suggestion on the the spring rate. I'm running lakewood 70/30 struts, I bracket race the car on the weekend, also drive on the street but not a daily driver. I want something that isn't to bad on the street, but with good weight transfer for racing.

Yup, they are the black zinc plated steel ones that go for $149 on their website. Don't bother with aluminum cc plates when doing coil-over systems. I wouldn't trust the weight of the front end on a 3/8" aluminum plate. I just ordered everything through them directly....ended up being cheaper than buying anywhere else.

Coil overs are extremely easy to install.

I know the actual install is easy, but how bad is balancing the car?
