In most cases you have to drop the exhaust to get to all the bolts other wise it's pretty straight forward, the only problem I had was with the lower control arm bolts they were seized to the sleeves, a couple days before I would spray everything down with pb-blaster.

If the bolts aren't seized in the bushings it will be very easy. LCAs are 4 bolts and 4 nuts and both are off. I unfortunately had to take mine to a shop because my passenger side bolt on the chassis side would not come off. I tried getting an angle grinder up there and tried melting it but nothing worked.

When I switched the stock LCAs all four of the bolts were siezed, had to cut them with a sawzall when that didn't work I broke out the plasma cutter.

Ya I wish I would have had a plasma cutter lying around the garage. Would have come in handy then.

I was able to install all with the exhaust intact. The only part that was tough on my car was getting the upper control arm fronts into position. Took a little persuading to get them in there and lined up. Other than that is pretty easy. Thankfully I didn't need any air tools/plasma rifles/carpet bombs to get my bolts/nuts out.

my car has 50k on it, so i am hoping the bolts are not to rusty. i am going to spray them a few times before weekend. the bottom arms look to be fairly easy. atleast out of the upper / lowers.

Did you notice a difference in handling with just the lowers installed?
