Few things...u mentioned arp main bolts and head studs...was the hone done with head studs or head bolts? Typically you want your bore and hone done with the hardware you will be using...studs put a differant load on the block then bolts do...

well he is doing the bore/hone with the arp head studs because he mentioned that the ARP ones are so strong that it will stretch the block a little
