I have stock shocks and struts. Motors is forged with a supercharger. I want to upgrade the suspension for mostly a street car but also to take to the track at times. What would be good shocks and struts to get and should i get new spring. I have subframe connectors but do i need castor cambers or anti roll bar, etc... THanks

70/30 struts and 50/50 shocks or Strange 10 way adjustable all around. Leave the stock springs on unless you plan to do twisties.

You don't need CC plates and you don't need an ARB.

An ARB is only useful at the track. As far as shocks and struts, adjustable is the way to go for someone looking to be able to do a bit of everything.

DEFINITELY need lower control arms. I personally run steeda aluminum lower control arms and steeda adjustable upper control arms with welded torque boxes and i love how my car hooks. I will be upwards of 600rwhp and i will be using this setup along with full length subframes, 8 way adjustable shocks/struts, and eibach pro kit

IMO, you absolutely have to have your tq. boxes done if you're running aftermarket control arms. Sphericals should net you better 60's and be more predictable, but they're kind of rough. If you're gonna go with poly arms, use either the ones suggested or the MM's, don't cheap out and get something like the Summits, you'll just blow bushings out left and right.

What do you think of the Lakewood LCAs'? I have a set, They seem good quality, I remember Lakewoods stuff was always good stuff.

I haven't run them so I can't say. What I will say is I was told by a tuner/builder that poly bushings are just to rigid to handle heavy launches without being spit out. That's why so many people have had problems with UPR and Summit arms. But the more expensive arms like the Maximum Motorsports and the Steedas use a different design. I believe it's a 2 or 3 piece bushing, that's designed to keep your car from chewing up bushings.
