What is the difference between camber bolts and plates will the bolts do the same job the plates do?

Camber bolts will give you +/- 1* of adjustment and depending on the CC plates, you can 1 or 2 more as well as some caster adjustments (good for wider wheels)

so if im installing lowering springs will the camber bolts be ok?

It really depends on how much you are going to lower it, you can get away with just camber bolts as long as its not an insane drop.

I believe if you go anything more than a 1 1/2 drop you really should have them.
