Default automatic 2nd to 3rd lag

after o re build my auto tranny i faced a problem which is theres lag in the 2nd to 3rd shifting, at the begining it wont shift unless i remove my feet from the pedol and somtimes it shift at higher rpm ( more then 3 rpm) and shift hard and wierd ! i replace the valve body and still the same, i took it to the garage to try to find out he problem he opened the trany to check if there is problem but every thing seems fine ! so whats the problem ?? is it about tunning? or somthing els should be replaced ?

Tune is effed. This same issue fried my auto in my truck. remove the diablo and see how it does.

yes , i did replace it and still the same, i will get it dyno tune today, should i tell the tuner to remove the tune and tune the car again?

Did the transmission shift fine before the rebuild? Did you change the transmission settings in the tune at all? Is it a stock torque converter in the car? Had the transmission been modified at all before you had it rebuilt? Do you have a shift kit in it? If the answer to those questions are no, I would say it's mechanical.

When you brought it back to the shop, what exactly did they check? If I had a stock tranmission that shifted fine, got it rebuilt to stock and now it won't shift I would bring it back.

Plus if the car was could it shift fines and no lag ! But if it heat up the problem comes back
