Important: How long should PI manifold swap take?
Hi all.
I really need to know how many hours a PI manifold swap should take to do. The more answers I get the better, I think my mechanic is going to try and screw me. Thanks

when my intake cracked it took me and a buddy of mine maybe 3 hours to swap my intake out (granted its not a NPI to PI swap) with...a few...beer breaks.
the thing with NPI to PI intake is if he's going to be putting some RTV on the coolant passages thats a 24 hour cure for best results. so it COULD take him 2 days if he does it correctly, but he won't be performing labor for more than a couple hours most of that is watching paint dry.
and yes your mechanic is probably going to screw you, they all do. thats why you buy a haynes manual, use google, and do it yourself.
