What KERNS said. You will have to pull #6 coil and clean out the water. Is there a way to clean the motor without getting water in there?

You probably ruined one or more of your coils.
I would replace the coils with new ones and install new spark plugs too.

Ready my sticky, don't waste your money when you buy new COPs...there are links for places to buy them cheap.

Pull all the COPs, remove the boots, and dry everything. The spray some WD-40¹ into the plug wells and blow them out with compressed air, or use a rag on a stick to gently wipe them out.

If that doesn't fix it then buy some COPs.

---------------------------------------
¹ - The WD part on WD-40 stands for Water Displacing, which it was designed to do. I had a '74 Jeep that spent most of its life in swamps, whenever the ignition got soaked I'd just spray the whole system (wires, coils, distributor cap inside and out) with WD-40 and be back up and running in seconds..

I did this on my Dad's F150, worked like a charm. Actually havent had any troubles since, I think one of his boots wasn't seated fully, number 3 was getting water in the plug well. I sealed with some dielectric grease and it's been fine ever since.
