I'm familiar with replacing the bulbs in the rear, I had a '95 before: unscrew the nuts on 4 bolts. I got them all off, but for some reason the whole housing is not sliding out. Am I missing something else on the "newer" '01 models? It seems that the top-most bolt is stuck, there looks to be a small black washer at the base of it that may be stopping it?

Hopefully someone can help me out, I'm trying to replace the bulbs before there's no light outside.
