Default Water in Headlights and Tailights...

My ol lady has a 94 Cobra and she has aftermarket headlights and tailights.... The headlights are projectors with a glass lens. The lens is connected to the housing via 4 little metal clips. The drivers side has a problem with condensation - after it rains they fog up. Same thing with 1 of the tailights(1 piece). My question is... If I were to take an 1/8 inch drill bit or smaller and put a couple of holes in the bottom of all 6 lights (2 headlights, 2 corners, and 2 tailights) would that solve this problem? Is there any other way to keep the condensation out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That will just make it worse.

A cheap fix would be to remove your headlights and tail lights and seal them again. I'm considering doing this for my front headlights.
