Once you use it on that car it is married to that car until you put the factory setting back on it. It's worth it if you're are modifing little at a time.

If you buy a used one from someone, and they did not restore the stock tune to the car that they were useing it on you just wasted your money because you can no use it, unless you send it back to them and they replace the stock tune on their mustang. I would be learly of buying a used one just because of that.

As long as the previous owner restored the factor tune, you can use it on another car.. I think it is worth it cause you can do many things.. you can tune it yourself or use the diablo tune...you can even get a tune using a dyno..

Thanks! I’ve been looking around ebay for used ones, but prolly won’t buy for another month or so. Probably go new on account of that info/insight….
