My passenger side window is getting stuck on the way down. I took the door panel off and i see its getting stuck on this flat small piece of metal that sticks out a little. Also, the window is tilting forward even though it seems to be sitting fine on the track. Is there a bolt that might be loose that causes the tilting? Any suggestions

 

Sounds like the window regulator is all bent up. Hard to tell 100% without seeing it first hand but I've rebuild a couple complete doors because once they get to the point where yours sounds.... its all trash

 

so most likely i would have to replace the window regulator then?
