Default stalling at cruise speed when hot

The car runs great until it gets up to warm operating temperature, then it will lose power and stall. Engine will re-start and stall continually from that point on until it cools down.
Code p0190 and P0193 came up, I replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor. Same problem.
Looking at live data on the scanner, the only thing out of place is the fuel pressure drops from 39 to jumping around from 3-8lbs as soon as it starts to run bad.
The fuel pump is a new SVT Focus pump with new filter. The old pump failed completely which is why the new pump went in.
New computer chip with PATS elimination. Removal of new chip doesn't fix anything. However, the theft light rapidly flashes and then slows to a steady flash. This happens with or without the chip.
I've searched for vacuum leaks or broken wires all good. Fuses are all fine.
So it seems that something is causing the fuel pump to stop working. After the stall, if you turn the key to "on" you can hear the pump cycle.
I've been searching these boards for days with no luck.
Thanks for helping
Oops. It's a 2001 GT 5-speed. New intake manifold, CAI, cat-back...and that's all the mods for now unless it begins to run again.
