Default Front end popping when braking

Just replaced ball joints with cheap ones from advance auto and now I'm not sure if this noise is them or something else. I took my coil overs out and put in stock springs still happens. Everythings tight. It happens if I slam on the brakes going forward then I have to go in reverse and hit the brakes. Then forward again but it won't happen going forward again without goin backwards. Could it be bushings? Or did I get bad ball joints?
