Default Do I need a tune??

Hello I have a 2000 Mustang GT with a Paxton novi 2000 supercharger with intercooler, bigger injectors and fuel pump, and borla exhaust. The car was tuned after all of this was put on.. I just purchased more upgrades though. I am about to put on BBK Long tube headers, BBK x-pipe with no cats, BBK 78mm Throttle body & plenum, BBK underdrive pulleys, and a Typhoon Upper intake manifold. Do I need another tune after adding these bolt ons? My friend who is installing them for me seems to think not. He says if he disconnects the battery post after installation the cars computer will readjust to the new bolt ons and its air-flow. I need some in-sight on this. Thanks
