stage 2 cams, degree?

Default stage 2 cams, degree?

If i want to install stage 2 cams would I need to degree them or could I install them without it

Definitely need to degree them. Don't want to chance the valve hitting the pistons.

Well if you buy Hitech Stage 2 cams they say you don't need to degree them. Those cams also come with free piston notching.

OP some people dont degree and get away just fine but its a good idea to play it safe and do it right the first time

If you're going to the trouble to do cams, you should degree them to prevent PTVC issues and to maximize your hp/tq gain from the install. It is not REQUIRED for a fair amount of cams for these cars.

nope, just timing cover and valve covers....and of course everything on top/in front of those

I meant to degree them the heads would need to come off to get the proper tdc
