Default Master Cylinder Bore Size

Gentlemen,

I've adapted a 1999 Mustang Hydroboost and master cylinder into another vehicle. I would like to decrease the line pressure by adapting a master cyliner with a larger bore size, but I'm not having any luck finding a source for information or part suitabilty.

Does anyone know of a MC with a larger bore that is a bolt-on or where/who might know/handle these parts?

Thanks.

Carl

I looked in all the resources I have and could not find any specs for MC bore size, couldn't even find a MC rebuild kit at the FLAPS--wish I could help...

i dont know about chainging the master cylinder but i did read somewhere online where a bunch of guys were adapting ford hydraboost systems into other vehicles. i remember them saying that most of the hydraboost units were made by bendix (not really sure why that matters lol) but they machined their own orifces that threaded into the hydraboost unit which could increase and decrease hydraulic line pressure based on orfice size. you could try googling this, might help.

Thanks guys. The car is in the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational just after SEMA so I'd rather just swap a MC vs. performing HB sugery this late in the game.
