non pi cams

anyone ever discuss this......installing them on pi heads.....got a line on a free set of stage 1s........pros.....cons???????????

if you go to american muscle and look at the cams, the stage 1's are listed for 96-04. the cams and their grinds are the same nomatter if your running a NPI or PI gt soooooo.......

It is possible to run them, I was running the comp cams stage 2 npi cams back when I was running a pi head swapped motor. With pi heads, intake, udp's, long tubes and the stage 2 npi cams it put down 271hp/281tq to the wheels. Depending on the specs I don't see them hurting anything unless installed wrong.
