Default Steeda Cold Air Intake

I have a Steeda cold air intake on my 2004 GT that came with it when I bought it. Are these like K&N where they need cleaning and need to be oiled after some amount of time and use? I emailed Steeda but have not recieved a reply. -JZ

Yes, after they are dirty you can clean them and then lightly
oil them. You can purchase a K&N air filter recharge kit or just
purchase a new air filter from Steeda Autosports.
I have a K&N FIPK Cold Air Intake and I use the K&N recharge kit
every year or 10K miles whatever comes first.
You can purchase a K&N recharge kit at your local auto parts store.
