yes but a bov isnt the same as a bpv and they wont ever sound the same. the "whoosh" you get from a bov is because your hearing air vented to the atmosphere, not recirculated back through some rubber hoses.

How many pounds of boost are you running? I was under the impression that the bigger procharger valves were for blowers making 14psi and higher.

I have the mini bypass vented to atmosphere running 10lbs of boost and its not that loud, definitely audible but nothing like the procharger big red valve

Like 10 or so. Its worked great for me. I think they're mostly meant for higher PSI but no problems for me.

Interesting, I am running 15 PSI and just have the rubber hoses to plastic valve. I get a alot of flutter when coming down from high rpms.

Is this a bad thing, should I look into this as well and does it require a retune? Will it replace some of the rubber hoses???

Yes it is a very bad thing. That fluttering is boost backing up into your supercharger. It can destroy your supercharger. I would replace it as fast as you can. No you won't need a retune.
