Default Jerky accelleration at low RPM's

My car has just recently started to be very jerky at low RPM's in the last 2 mornings. It was really foggy and wet yesterday and this morning it was just really wet out... not sure if that has anything to do with it but it seems to go away mid day when its dry out. What could cause this jerky acceleration? It happens around 1200-1600 rpms in any gear with a bit of throttle and never used to do this before.

Do you let your car warm up before you start to drive it?

no, but i live in florida and the low temp was about 60 degrees the last few nights and i dont rev it over 3k until its warmed up. I dont let it sit there idling though.

Ive been doing the same thing for the last 2.5 years and it was never jerky in the mornings, but recently its been really damp so mabe that is affecting something.

How many miles on the car? Have you changed the plugs? I'm guessing it might be time to do some maintenance work.

havent done anything for a while, actually i have like 5k+ miles on this oil(full synthetic) the car has about 98k miles

I may have had a simular issue with my last car and i think it was the MAF sensor, any thoughts on that?

Might be a bad TPS, but should be accompanied by a cel. If you have a multimeter you can check the tps.

wouldn't hurt to run some injector cleaner through it.
