Default mach radio...

Does anyone know which wires go to which speakers...pairs, etc. car with the wires cut and not sure which go with each other. Have figured out the power, etc. But believe the bundle of 8 smaller wires go to the amp...getting really frustrated...please help.

It has been my experience with the Mach system if it is hacked up or modified in any way it will give you headaches. It might be easier to just run new speaker wire and put an aftermarket unit in

BraMas, I may just do that. I just got finished putting in a new intake manifold because of the wonderful Ford idea of using plastic for the thermo housing...so just running new wire is probably going to be easier...LOL. I'll wait and see what the crutchfield schemo looks like from newzealandmustang. thanks.

Newzealandmustang, if you were able to find the Crutchfield schematic, I would still love to see if I can wire it up and always upgrade later. :-)

it really isnt hard to run new wiring and replacing the mach system. the hardest thing is running wires in the doors from the headunit and removing door panels. it isnt hard just time consuming but well worth it. i think a case of beer and a day of goofin around will get in done
