Default Are subframe connectors worth the money?

I have a 00 GT with around 400HP to the ground. I just put on some nitto 555r tires. Now that Im getting my power to the ground my friend suggests I get him to put some subframe connectors on for me. Are they actually going to be any help? I can get them for about 65 dollars and labor 40 dollars.

They did a test in a magazine flexing the car on jack stands and raising different corners.
They had placed tape on on body panels to look for flex.
They found there was almost zero flex in the body.
The biggest amount of flex was when they looked at the seats.
The distance between headrests changed a lot.
So there is a ton of flex in the floor and seats but not much in the chassis.
So it may not improve performance much, but you will feel a huge difference because your seat won't be shifting like it did before.
In other words makes sure you get connectors with the seat reinforcements.
Weld in is better.
And for the $100 or so they cost? Well worth it to me.
