So far Ive done zerex 6 hour flush, Peak 6 hour flush, Prestone 15 minute flush, and 10 water flushes. Should I keep going with the water and chemical flushes? Take it to a shop and see if they can clean it up? Should buy new hoses maybe?

Nope, looks pretty clean. If you want to be extra cautious, Keep with water for a week or so and check it again. If it's still good to go, switch to coolant.

Just make sure you keep an eye on it and check your T-stat once a month.

Even with the build up in the hose? Thats what had me wondering if it was acceptable run with or not. I can scrape some of that stuff off the my finger.

Hoses are cheap, might as well. As long as you flush it while running at some point with water, youll get the vast majority of the stuff out. Then fill her back up.

Your hoses are fine. Like I said, just keep an eye on your T-stat and you'll be fine. I wouldn't have any problem putting those hoses on my cars.
