Default clutch problems

i was trying too change my clutch today and i have the chilton manual on my car 98 gt it took me 6 hrs to drop my tranny by that book it didnt tell me about the bolt above the starter is it suppose to be there?? is that something they left out or what?? also what is the easiest way to get the top bolts behind the intake back in?? they were alot of trouble!!! im surprised i didn't break the spot in the tranny where the bolt above the starter is i thought my clutch was in such bad shape it was given me a hard time to separate so i used a crowbar to try to pry them apart and found it by luck but the manual never said anything about the stupid bolt!!!!

Put a block of wood on a jack and slightly and carefully jack on the crank pulley of the motor, this should tilt the engine back some so you can get a better angle on all the bellhousing bolts from underneath the car.
