Both x pipe and h pipes can have cats, its basically what sound you prefer more than anything. I actually matched my macs to a bbk and I didn't have fitment issues with that. I would have to research and see what they have available, I know mac has their prochamber mid pipes though, but i believe they also have x and h pipes.

Correct, offroad means no cats. Both mrtstang and myself have tested offroad pipes and catted pipes with the sss catbacks and both of us highly recommend catted pipes for a better sound quality and to slightly dampen the sound because it is loud as crap lol.
So what if I can't afford headers and a shorty mid pipe right away? Is there a catback setup I can run off my stock setup that will at least improve the sound quality while i'm saving up cash??? It will be fairly easy to save up for the Terminators, but the headers and labor is gonna be some work.
You should be able to run the sss setup on your stock midpipe, it just bolts on, you may need some sort of gasket for the difference in the sizings but I believe the actual ends shoukd match up.
Yeah, but didn't you say it'd sound like a$$??? Or is that only if I buy a new "off road" midpipe.
So it should be ok sound-wise off stock?
Is the stock midpipe catted?
Sorry if I sound like some super-noob, but I'm still just learning about all this and the SSS is gonna be my first purchase over 100 sum bucks.
