I cant seem to find the name of this bar that connects to each front strut behind the sway bar

There is no "bar that connects to each front strut behind the sway bar", could you possibly be referring to the tie-rods that connect to the spindle (which are bolted on to the lower end of the struts)?

Nothing connects to the struts at all. The steering racks tie rod ends connect to the spindles.
