Default when to replace clutch??? 04 gt

have 68,000 on her i can hear the throw out bearing today squealing a little....i would just rest my foot on the clutch and the noise would stop so its the TOB, to me clutch feels fine, but maybe ive just got used to it over time degrading, was wondering if there are any other signs of a bad clutch and how long can i drive around with the TOB doing what its doing?

thanks fellas

If it's slipping, replace it.

TOB noise isn't a big deal. Mine used to do it, eventually it just went away. It's been 3 years and I haven't had any issues.

My TOB went out at 81k. I decide to replace the clutch while I was in there. I bought the car used so I don't know if it was ever beaten or abused. Anyway, when I got in there and pulled it all apart, the clutch didn't look that bad. TOB on the other hand came out in pieces, lol. I am pretty sure it was all factory original stuff. I still put the new clutch in just for peace of mind. Now I know its all good for a while.
