theft system flashing car wont start
hello,
This is my first post and im in great need of everyones help. I recently got into an accident and wrote my car off i bought it back. I fixed the front end where the damage was. I went to start the car and it will turn over but wont start what so ever. The theft light is flashing like crazy. The fuel pressure switch in the trunk is pushed down. I unplugged the battery and waited but still still the engine wont start. I need ANY SUGGESTIONS from anyone on why my car would be doing this. Please help,
thanks all

make sure you are using a chipped key for the pats system, if its just a steel blank it will never start. otherwise the tranceiver which sits around the lock cylinder could be damaged causing the pats system to not receive the code from the key. it still has the original pcm correct? if you changed that it will have to be programmed.
