Oh, I suppose it would be I should also mention that i run almost all water right now, something like 90/10.

The gauges are kind of an idiot gauge. They don't read the true temp like older cars. If you monitor the water temp PID you can see the temp go up and down and the gauge wont move. Only when over heating or running over a set temp will it go to hot. Where it is pointed to when in the middle either a little to the left or right all depends on how the needle was placed on the pin for the cluster.
