Looks like fluid is your weak link here. Either that, and no offense meant here, your braking technique may need some changes.

What kind of speeds are you reaching?

I agree with Jazz, get the fluid changed.
Then look into the 13" rears. I run those on my white car and LOVE them.

^ We talked about those, homie and thought you were not going to get them... hmmmm?

With OEM rear-suspension goemetry and brake-bias valve, you are not gonna get much from rear brake upgrade The geometry is just not friendly for upping rear brakes without some sugnificant changes.

We run mostly at Sebring on the full course. Usually the OAT is 90 F plus, speeds are in the 140 range with heavy breaking down to 70 for most turns except the hairpin which is about a 45 t0 55 mph turn. Plenty of cooling opportunities as breaking is short and violent.

OK.... with that kind of speed, you are probably gonna need to look into ceramic rotors and full-on heavy-duty race-only brakes. I would try the higher-temp fluid, but I think it will just push the issue to another lap or so.

Not sure. My schedule is all out of whack right now. I usually don't find out if I'm free until it's too late. I ususally hit the events at Homestead since it's right down the road from me.
