yea there is a good chance you have problems if its that low. I wouldnt be able to tell you what it is though maybe one of the fuel system guru's chime in.

the car runs good at idle and seems to have power, but it has a hesitation when normal driving.

my fuel pressure isnt that low but I get a slight hesitation sometimes when im just caostin'. a member on a different forum siad its something thats called maf wash that commonly happens when you have a centri blower and a braw thru maf setup instead of a blow thru. If you have a blow thru already and you are having that issue then i have no idea. but if you have a draw through set up try looking up maf wash and see if thats similar to what you are feeling.

My car runs ballpark 30psi on idle, 40-42psi in boost.
