I just threw in a question about a 2v to 4v swap. Naturally I need to know what's the deal with the new 3v engine. It is 300 horse, but the 4v is also 300 horse. So there must be some sort of difference right!

Question: Do 3v 4.6L engines have some sort of variable valve train or variable intake system? In other words, are they using some new technology to get 300 horses or they just flow better than the 4v engines?
